for a weekly pass.

Bike-rental machines ($1.50/day or $7/week) only accept credit cards with
smart chips, such as certain American Express cards. You also can’t rent
a helmet, so you’ll have to bring one (though there are no helmet laws in
Paris.) Willing to spend more? $15/day will rent you a bike and helmet at
